Our Remote Assistance Policy
To access a Client’s computer remotely, XSTRA uses a secure OpenSource, locally hosted, application, called XMESH
XSTRA takes your privacy and security seriously. For devices not covered by one of our XDEVICE plans, our team members will only have access to your device if you provide explicit permissions to do so.
If you are logged into your device, you will receive an acceptance request – without your acceptance, XSTRA is unable to access your device.
