If you would like to add additional information to a ticket, you have 3 options:
- Reply to any ticket related email you receive from us and your reply will automatically become part of the notes history associated with the ticket
- Call XSTRA us on 1300 555 920 and select option 1 and you will be connected to our Support Desk and one of our team can collect the additional information from you
- Send a new E-mail to support@x.direct – ( Ensure the subject line on your email includes the ticket number in square brackets. (Example: [35901] ) )
