• Cyber Threats are the No. 1 technological challenge facing the global business community today.
  • At present, the global business community is grappling with its foremost technological challenge – Cyber Threats. The focus on security within the realm of technology has surged to the forefront for IT departments. This shift is largely driven by the sharp increase in cyber security incidents, coupled with their escalating levels of intricacy and sophistication. Security protocols that were once perceived as optional “luxuries” have now evolved into near-mandatory prerequisites for businesses, irrespective of their size. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), abbreviated as MFA, presents an extra layer of verification that hinges on users possessing a physically distinct device to verify their identity. Among the most common manifestations of MFA is when users confirm or reject an authentication prompt sent to their mobile phones.
  • XSTRA is unswervingly committed to safeguarding our clients against these threats. In line with this dedication, we’ve crafted a distinctive multi-factor solution named XACCESS. This solution has been intricately tailored to meet the authentication demands of clients who utilize contemporary, cloud-based desktop workspaces.
  • The motivation behind the development of XACCESS stems from thorough research and comprehensive testing of other MFA products like DUO, LastPass, and AuthPoint. Our assessment led us to the realization that these alternatives inadequately addressed the intricacies of complex virtual desktop environments. Contrarily, our solution – XACCESS – stands as a more advanced approach, incorporating multiple innovative techniques to thwart unauthorized access to our clients’ networks.
  • Interestingly, XACCESS is designed with such seamless setup and usage that it almost feels inconspicuous. Functioning at the enterprise level, XACCESS offers comprehensive reporting and operates at the operating system and network tiers, domains beyond the reach of other solutions.
  • A User can only register once for their XACCESS token. If the User wants to re-register they must contact XCARE so XSTRA can delete the first registration within our systems. This is a security policy designed for our Client’s protection.
  • XSTRA will pre-emptively associate a Users domain with the appropriate Client “X” number.
  • For Users that have an email address with a domain name that is used by more than one Client, the “X” number will become the only unique identifier that directs the User to the correct landing page after successful authentication.
