  • Daily Backups to XSTRA’s data center are available at the Clients formal request and subject to review by XSTRA

Caveats
  • Service restricted to machines running the Windows Operating system
  • Definition of the word “Server” is a computer running a Windows Server operating system
  • Any software assistance rendered, not covered by this plan, will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
  • Minimum term – 12 months
  • Fair Use Policy applies to backup sizes
