Caveats |

- Definition of the word “Server” is a computer running a Windows Server operating system
- Any software assistance rendered, not covered by this plan, will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
- Minimum term – 12 months
- Fair Use Policy applies to backup sizes
