  • Software support is provided on a best effort basis, excludes custom code and custom configuration
  • Any software assistance rendered not covered by this plan will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
  • Minimum term – 12 months
