Raise your hand if you fell victim to the recent string of Office 365 outages below✋
Don’t get me wrong Office 365 is a tremendous service that has enabled so many organizations to rapidly shift to a remote workforce. However, with such a large spike in daily active users, a huge strain was put on the apps (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive) lT Pros and end-users alike rely on.
