Understanding Net Promoter Score benchmarks
What is a GOOD NPS result?
Generally speaking, a Net Promoter Score below 0 indicates that your business has significant issues to address.
A score between 0 and 30 is a reasonable range, but there is still room for progress. An NPS higher than 30 shows your company is doing well, with far more happy customers than unhappy ones.
An NPS over 70 means your customers love you and your company is generating strong positive word-of-mouth through referrals. The higher your NPS, the more likely customer referrals will convert into new leads and revenue.
Aim to keep your score above 0. Even if an NPS of -10 is better than others in your niche, falling below zero should serve as a warning about the customer experience you are providing.
