- Service restricted to machines running the Windows Operating system
- Definition of the word “PC” can include one of the following:
- an XCLOUD Virtual Desktop running a Windows Desktop or Server operating system
- a Computer Desktop running a Windows Desktop operating system
- a Laptop, Tablet or Notebook running a Windows Desktop operating system
- Software support is provided on a best effort basis, excludes custom code and custom configuration
- Any software assistance rendered not covered by this plan will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
- Minimum term – 12 months
