Any software assistance rendered not covered by this plan will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
A “Fair Use Policy” exists at XSTRA’s discretion for all Unlimited Storage & Virtual Desktop space requirements
Requires some XNET components if not already part of the Clients technology mix with XSTRA – ask for details
Where network printers exist, XDEVICE – Printer Edition per printer is required
