3. Interception Disclosure
As a Telecommunications Carrier and Nominated Carriage Service Provider, XSTRA is legally required to maintain a current Interception Capability Plan (IC Plan) under the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.

This obliges XSTRA to assist Australian government agencies with lawful interception and to keep certain client activity records when requested.

Failure to comply would result in surrender of our carrier licence. XSTRA remains fully compliant.
