Payment & Direct Debit Policy
Mandatory NAB Direct Debit for all Australian clients

1. MANDATORY NAB DIRECT DEBIT FACILITY FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN CLIENTS
XSTRA requires all Australian clients to maintain a Direct Debit Facility. This helps us keep overheads low and maintain competitive pricing by reducing payment administration.
To set up your Direct Debit, please complete the NAB form below (powered by Zoho Sign):

Invoices are typically issued on or before the 6th of each month. Direct debit occurs 14 days later (on or after the 21st). This gives clients a 14-day review period.
Clients with Direct Debit have access to a 14-day trading account.
Accepted funding sources:
A Direct Debit Facility must be in place prior to supply of equipment or services.

2. EXCEPTIONS
The only exception is if the client has an approved formal credit facility with XSTRA (requires personal guarantees and securities, and may offer longer trading terms).
3. SOURCE OF FUNDS ISSUES
If your Direct Debit Facility becomes unavailable, full payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date. You must also re-establish the Direct Debit Facility as soon as possible.
You may pay the invoice using any method shown on the invoice within the 7-day period.

4. XERO NETWORK KEY
XSTRA uses the Xero accounting system. If you also use Xero, you can add our Xero Network Key to your contact record for seamless document exchange.
