How XSTRA provides mobile connectivity
XSTRA does not operate as a retailer of Telstra mobile services. Any SIM provided by XSTRA is supplied strictly as a component input to a broader XSTRA-managed service (for example, internet failover, managed routing, or infrastructure resilience).
Usage restriction
Mobile SIMs supplied as part of XSTRA services are intended for use within managed network devices only (such as routers configured for backup or failover connectivity).

These SIMs are not supplied for general-purpose mobile use, including handsets, tablets, or standalone business mobile services.
What this means for your service
Where your XSTRA solution includes a Telstra-backed connectivity component, upstream carrier pricing adjustments may flow through to your service over time. Any applicable changes will be applied in line with your existing agreement and billing cycle.
Key points
• Changes are driven by upstream carrier pricing (Telstra)
• Effective from 5 May 2026
• Only services incorporating mobile connectivity components may be impacted
• No change to how XSTRA delivers and manages your service
Note: This notice is provided for general information purposes. Actual impact will vary depending on your specific service configuration and usage profile.
