…….. XCRM ticket updates, will be emailed to you, as the ticket progresses

If you would like to add additional information to a ticket, you have 3 options:

  1. Reply to any ticket related email you receive from us and your reply will automatically become part of the notes history associated with the ticket
  2. Call XSTRA us on 1300 555 920 and select option 1 and you will be connected to our Support Desk and one of our team can collect the additional information from you
  3. Send a new E-mail to support@x.direct – ( Ensure the subject line on your email includes the ticket number in square brackets. (Example: [35901] ) )
