Invoicing Explained – Legacy (V1)
PLEASE NOTE
On 1st April 2022, XSTRA changed the way it invoices Clients for recurring Equipment items.
If recurring Equipment was invoiced before 1 April 2022, the above invoicing protocol (Version 1 / V1) still applies.
To switch from V1 to the current invoicing protocol (V2), please contact XSTRA Accounts Department.
If no version indicator (V1 or V2) appears on your invoice, Version 1 (V1) is assumed.
