- Software support is provided on a best effort basis for the Windows Server operating system only. Excludes custom code, 3rd party application and custom configuration
- Any software assistance rendered not covered by this plan will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
- A “Fair Use Policy” exists at XSTRA’s discretion for all Unlimited Storage & Virtual Desktop space requirements
- Requires some XNET components if not already part of the Clients technology mix with XSTRA – ask for details
- Where network printers exist, XDEVICE – Printer Edition per printer is required
