- Software support is provided on a best effort basis for the Windows Server operating system only. Excludes custom code, 3rd party application and custom configuration
- Any software assistance rendered not covered by this plan will be undertaken subject to the Client’s approval and charged to the Client at XSTRA’s Schedule 1 Rates
- A “Fair Use Policy” exists at XSTRA’s discretion for all Unlimited Storage & Virtual Desktop space requirements
- Requires some XNET components if not already part of the Clients technology mix with XSTRA – ask for details
- Where network printers exist, XDEVICE – Printer Edition per printer is required
- * – Free PC offer starts 12 months after the installation of XCLOUD, and the total number of PC’s available per calendar year is limited to lowest number of XCLOUD Users in any month of the previous calendar year
