| XACCESS – USER MFA PROCESS |
- Prior to accessing any of XSTRA’s cloud based products and services, the User must now go to:
- The User should see the XACCESS website
- The first 2 fields need to be completed – (The 3rd field is optional)
- User enters information into the fields:
- First Field: Mobile Phone Number or Email Address
- Second Field: 6 Digit – One Time Passcode (OTP)
- The OTP is obtained from the User’s authenticator app on their mobile phone or from the supplied Hardware Token
- Third Field: Optional – Enter your “X” number if you know it – only enter numbers into this field
- Click the “AUTHORISE” button

- If successful the User will be redirected to the Clients appropriate landing page
- Finished – the User has successfully used XACCESS for multi-factor authentication
