ISSUE: Inconsistent Citrix Performance and RTT Stability
We are currently investigating an issue causing inconsistent Round Trip Time (RTT), stability, and performance across Citrix sessions.

While client machines report low latency (<35ms ping) to the data center, Citrix sessions are exhibiting poor performance and instability, with high RTT readings shown in the Citrix Workspace App’s “Connection” status.

This issue is:

  • Widespread – affecting all users, sites, and clients
  • Intermittent – not always present, but impactful when it occurs
  • Under investigation – we suspect a potential issue with NetScaler configuration or licensing, though the root cause is not yet confirmed.

For urgent access, we have provisioned dedicated a support PC with AnyDesk access. Please contact us and we will provide credentials. Our support team can also log in to affected systems on your behalf to assist in mitigating the impact.
