Important: If you currently use XACCESS to log in to your virtual cloud desktop, XACCESS will soon be retired and replaced with Duo. Your company migration day will be advised separately, however you should install the Duo Mobile app now so you are ready.
What you need to do now
Download the Duo Mobile app to your phone or tablet and move it to your home screen so it is easy to access on migration day.
Why this matters
Installing the app now ensures a smooth transition when your company is migrated. On migration day, you will use Duo to approve your login instead of XACCESS.
Do this before migration day
There is no need to wait. Please install Duo Mobile now so you are ready when the change occurs.
What happens next
Your company migration date will be communicated separately. On that day, you will receive simple instructions to complete setup and begin using Duo.
