2 new features have been added to the dashboard you see when you first login:

NPS – showing how you compare to Xstra’s overall NPS

Graph showing how many tickets everyone has open

Email Changes

Tech log emails have been reworded to “The technician WorkPerformedBy has written the following”
Previously, this showed the name of the tech assigned to the job. Now it uses the work performed by field
This is actually a plain text field – it defaults to match the name of the logged in user, but can be changed prior to saving the record
This means that if a 3rd party is doing the work, you can pass on information letting the client know who said it
e.g. “The technician, Fred from printer world, has written the following”

Horizontal lines have been added to some emails to demarcate, making it easier to spot the content

In a previous update, a change was made to bcc the tech on outgoing tech logs – this has been changed to cc so that everyone can see that the tech was informed

Ticket Screens

The NPS scores in the header are no longer in square brackets, however the regular brackets are still in place for indicating the number of surveys contributing to the score

There is now a new tab for activity log – no information on it yet, this is part of a larger change that will be progressively rolled out in forthcoming versions
