Email Updates
When a tech is assigned to a ticket, the ticket description is now sent to the tech
In that email, the link has been altered

If you click on login to XCRM – it will open the XCRM login screen, and bring up the ticket after you login
If you are already logged into XCRM, clicking on the ticket hyperlink will open the ticket for you

Tod will now receive an email whenever a survey score of 1 or 2 is received
Survey scores have been brought in from survey gizmo – around 845 tickets had a score to bring over

On the view tickets screens the assigned rep is now visible without expanding the ticket details

And the top panel now shows an indicator for escalated tickets

The buttons are now in place for adding attendees
These work much the same as adding watchers to tickets

The green in system button will bring up a search box for finding the user you wish to add to the meeting
The pink ad hoc button will allow you to enter a name and email address
for 3rd parties etc who attend the meeting but aren’t in our system
Meeting Notes vs Notes
Meeting notes is the notes section that goes into the meeting – the official log of the meeting
The other notes section is our regular notes section for putting notes against anything
you might want to make a note to follow something up privately, or mention something to someone else
this section will not be visible to people that have a link to the minutes url

Client Search

As indicated by the tooltip, this will search Trading Name, Legal Name, XNumber (enter the number with the X),
URL, ABN, ACN, Phone Numbers, Email and the Location, City, State and Postcode of the primary site
For XNumber – it looks for an exact match to what you type in, for all other fields it is a “contains” search
This means that X3 will only match X3, not X13, X23, X30 thru X39 etc
As with the user search – this is pre-filtered to show only active clients – to see inactive clients you need to add the is active column and clear the filter

Daniel Geurts has done a great job setting up all the PRTG maps for us
and after consulting with him I have managed to add them as a tab against the client records

The tab comes up as follows:

This is a live webpage link – so use the refresh control to set your refresh interval

The link is handled through variables from PRTG as follows:

For anyone interested in the technical implementation
PRTG Generates an iFrame link – which I have decided not to use – it had issues with initial loading
iFrames are very last century – instead it is done with an object
