Viewing Tickets
The ticket details are now collapsed by default

Much of the information is visible on the screen anyway, I have also added buttons to the top panel for viewing Client, Site and User:

This will open each respectively in a popup window – I am potentially going to add a “pin as tab” option to these popups
The internal tab has now been removed – internal notes can be made by ticking internal when creating a new note

Ticket Entries
The header color has been changed to make it more distinct from edit mode

Additionally, the status bar area has been updated in-line with tickets, and the above client, site and user buttons have been added

Adding watcher to tickets
Add Watchers is now a panel operation – this means you do not need to be in edit mode to add a watcher
There is now also an option to add yourself as a watcher to a ticket from the dropdown

The find user option will pop up a search box –

this will search:
User email addresses
User phone
User mobile
User First Name
User Last Name
Company Trading Name
Site Name
Site Location
Site Physical City
And present all matching records to select which to add as watchers
