When a ticket is created, the system creates a OneNote notebook to accompany it
The links can be found on the OneNote tab

There are 2 links on this tab

The hyperlink will open OneNote in a new browser tab – the notebook will be editable
There is also a read-only link that you can copy and paste to give out to clients

Eventually the OneNote notebook will contain a chronological list of all activity on a ticket
