Officially, XSTRA does not support or endorse the following platforms and organizations in anyway, and we actively discourage others from using their products and services and supporting their activities.
- FaceBook – (including WhatsApp)
- Google – (including YouTube)
These platforms have been weaponised against “we the people”, by means of:
- “shadow banning”
- “selective bias” on search results, and
- “termination and/or suspension of user accounts”, for those whose opinions they do not agree with
These actions have been called Orwellian and come with little explanation and no appeal process.
Our position, is that these platforms are the modern day equivalent of the “Public Square”, and not private organisations. More than that, these platforms are essential services allowing people to trade with each other, critical to the survival of many businesses, their employees and their families.
Any user (or group of users) with an account on these platforms, should be able to convey their thoughts, beliefs and ideas, free of interference of any kind.
Australia is a party to seven core international human rights treaties. The right to freedom of opinion and expression is contained in articles 19 and 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights – a treaty the Australian government has signed and has committed to.
