Bugfixes and tweaks

  • Tickets were not re-opening when emails came in after they had been set to resolved – fixed
  • Updated some views from X40 login – such as being able to filter assigned rep on open tickets
  • Reordered and reworded addresses on signup form for potential clients who do not have a physical presence
  • User screen NPS scores didn’t show the “grey ghost” for zero survey records – fixed
  • View Client and Site buttons added to User screen

    NB. The screens that popup for these can now be moved, resized, minimized and maximized – and you can interact with the screen behind while they are open

CRM Changes

Clients, Sites and Users can now have documents attached

To add a document, click the add document button

The following dialog will then pop up to allow you to select a file to upload and give it a title and description

NB. You do not need to be in edit mode to add documents

Add Client or Supplier Button

This has been added to the Xstra (right hand) menu

It brings up the following dialogue:

The newly created record will open straight away allowing you to add sites and users etc, or switch to edit mode to add additional information not captured on the popup form

Ticket Template Workbench

The beginnings of this is now on the Xstra menu

This is very much a work-in-progress and should be only considered as a sneak peak for now

All screens are subject to change as functionality is finalized
This will allow for such things as scheduled tickets and clone tickets for multi-client/multi-site jobs etc
Further explanations will accompany forthcoming releases as it is developed further
