Teams Integration

XCRM can now post messages to teams:

Currently it will do this when a ticket is assigned to you.
This is in addition to the email that is sent out
Notifications for other events are likely to be added

Planner Integration

XCRM now reads planner
This is done through azure logic apps – one logic app per plan

If there are any boards that need to be added – let me know
We have a number of boards that match people’s names
This is actually arbitrary – boards can be named after brands, projects etc
The name of the board has no effect on how the data is brought into XCRM

When a planner task is created, it will come into XCRM as a ticket
the client will be Xstra, the site Head Office, and the contact will be the person who created the task

If the task is assigned to someone, that person will be the assigned rep on the ticket in XCRM
The assigned rep will get an email and a teams message to notify them

The Azure Logic Apps check for new planner tasks every minute
When a new task is found, it waits an additional minute in case you are still typing the description etc
