NPS/Survey Scores

Ticket headers now have the number of surveys making up the score, as well as the grey ghost where applicable


Emails are now handled as an Azure Logic Function

Attachments are saved to Azure blob storage, and the email is “rewritten” to link back to this
Some file types (especially images) can be viewed from within XCRM without needing to be downloaded

If you want or need to download an attachment, click on the download link

The screens will be made to look and behave better in coming releases

Emails now come into XCRM within a minute of it being received by service desk
