Adding a new user was bringing up the wrong form – fixed


NPS calculations have been added to the system, in the next few days this data will be visible as reports
It will also be visible on most screens


If users don’t have a phone number listed, the system will copy the site phone number to their record (overnight process)

Extension has been added to the phone fields

The header now shows the NPS (calculated from tickets in the past 12 months)


Ticket Headers now show the NPS for the Client, Site and User
