Background Change

Starting with clients, I am retrofitting some fields to table for auditing and to enable “soft” deletes
All tables will have the following fields
In a number of places, I have adjusted queries to never show records if IsDeleted is true

Let me know if you have any issues with companies as a result of this change

On the find user results screen – there is now a pink raise ticket button – this is still a work in progress

You can use it, but be aware of the following differences:
There is no quick-close –
I’m not doing away with quick-close – just have a different implementation in mind
The client wont get a ticket created notification
I’m changing the detail structure for tickets among other things so the notification isn’t on yet
If you do click it, you will see the following screen

Which is rather simplified from the current screen

For tickets that do not have a rep assigned (ie pool tickets) the following toolbar buttons will be visible
