When a site was pinned as a tab, opening tickets would take over the tab meaning closing the ticket closed the site tab – Fixed


Tickets can now have documents associated
There is a new button for add document

which brings up the following dialogue

Allowing for a title, description and a button for uploading the document itself

The documents tab has a badge showing how many documents are attached to the ticket

The documents tab has the usual filtering functionality etc

and clicking on a record (or the open in tab icon) will bring up the description and link for downloading the document

This is an interim implementation – eventually the files should be stored in the cloud rather than the database and document collaboration etc will be considered
In the very least – the document should be viewable from within XCRM rather than downloading it
But for now, you can at least attach documents without emailing them in
Which also means you can see that there are documents, without reading all the emails

Close all tabs button

This functions exactly the same as the “reset layout” option in the left hand menu – but is a quick way to clean up if you have a lot of tabs open
