The default font has been changed – this applies to outgoing emails as well

Closed Status
Job has now been setup to change resolved tickets to closed
Twice per day it will check for any tickets that have been resolved for more than 24 hours and change them to closed – meaning a ticket will stay on resolved for a maximum of 36 hours

Ticket Edit Screen
The popup version was showing 2 “Is Silent” toggles – one of them was actually “Is Internal” the label is now fixed
Pin as Tab has been removed from edit mode
if you have a popup ticket that you want to pin as a tab, pin it whilst in read only mode
this removes any confusion regarding saving of changes etc
