Re-opening of closed tickets
On the closed tickets screen is a new button for re-opening the ticket


This will change the ticket status to Re-opened and add an internal note to the ticket:

Additionally, emails (from Email Processing) can now be associated with closed tickets


If an email is associated with a closed or resolved ticket, the system will ask if the ticket should be reopened


The 3 buttons lead to:
Yes – the ticket will be reopened as outlined above
No – the email will be associated to the ticket, but the ticket will remain closed
Cancel – the email will not be associated to the ticket – so you can start again and assign to a different ticket

Updated to include all columns and all columns can be filtered

Returning to support view now brings you back to the correct screen
